Terms and Conditions.

1 Equipment shall remain the property of Projector Express whilst on hire to
the Client.

2 The Client is responsible for the insurance of the equipment whilst it is
in there possession and up until the equipment is returned in good order to
the premises of Projector Express Ltd.

3 The Client is responsible for any damage that may occur to the equipment
or any third party property, through misuse of the hire equipment or
incorrect operation procedure.Projector Express Ltd. is to be the final
arbiter on damaged incurred and all associated costs.

4 The Client is responsible for third party public lability insurance
covering any liabilities attributed to the equipment whilst it be in their
possession.

5 If the Client does not return the hire equipment by the already agreed
date, they agree that they shall pay Projector Express Ltd. a daily rental
charge forevery extra day or part of, that they hold the equipment (unless
otherwise agreed in writing by Projector Express).

6 If the Client retains the hire equipment in their possession for a period
longer than 10 days (over and above the return date) they shall be deemed
to have agreed to have purchased the aforesaid equipment and unless agreed
otherwise by writing. The Client shall be invoiced at full list price plus
delivery. On payment of this invoice, the equipment shall become the
property of the Client and all terms shall cease.

7 The equipment is deemed to be fully operational unless reported within six
hours. Projector Express Ltd will use its best endeavors to replace or
repair the faulty equipment subject to equipment availability.

8 If cancellation of the hire is made between 24 hours - 48 hours there will
be a 25% hire charge. If cancellation is made 12 - 24 hours there will be a
50%charge. If cancellation is made after 12 hours there will be a 100%
charge.
